Refunds and Exchange
◆For programs presented by NTCHT
Ticket refunded must be made at least one day before the performance. A 10% handling fee will be charged per transaction. Ticket exchanges must be made at least one day before the performance. A handling fee of NT$20 per ticket will be charged for each ticket exchanged.

◆For programs presented by other presenters
The tickets may be refunded or exchanged with at least ten days notice before the performance. A 10% handling fee (of the full ticket fare) will be charged per transaction.

1.How can I receive the refund?
A 10% handling fee (of the full ticket fare) will be charged per transaction when a refund is made. For the tickets purchased by credit card, the cardholder has to bring the tickets and the card used to purchase the tickets to the ticket offices of the NTCH located in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiung. The refund will be issued to your credit card account, instead of cash, after the handling fee has been deducted.

2.How can I exchange the tickets?
(Ticket exchanges are only permitted for the same program and a handling fee of NT$20 will be charged per ticket.) For the tickets purchased by credit card, the cardholder has to bring the tickets and the card used to purchase the tickets to the ticket offices of the NTCH located in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiung. We will refund your tickets and issuing the refund to your credit card after deducting the handling fee of NT$20.Patrons may then purchase the desirable tickets by cash or credit card.

3.Can I apply for refund or exchange if I haven’t collect the tickets?
For the Patrons who want to cancel an order before collecting the tickets, please contact us at 02-3393-9888 for further assistance. For those who want to exchange the tickets, please bring your ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the ticket offices of the NTCH located in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiungfor exchanges.

Others
1.What should I do if I forgot to bring my ID for my concession tickets when entering?
Patrons unable to present proof of eligibility are required to upgrade their concession tickets to full price tickets and a handling fee of NT$20 will be charged.If the tickets are purchased by credit card, the patrons will be required to purchase full price tickets by cash and we will issue the refund of your concession tickets to your credit card and an additional handling fee of NT$20 will be charged.

2. What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Tickets are deemed as the bearer certificates. NTCH is not liable for the replacement when the tickets are lost, destroyed, or unidentifiable.

3.Will you refuse my entry if my tickets are torn?
Each ticket is consisted of two parts, the ticket itself and the stub, with the same number printed on both. Even if the two parts split, as long as you bring both parts to the performance and the numbers on both fit, we will permit your entry to the performance.
