Ticket Prices
Festival Pass: NT$1200 (All MMF main stage performances and opening program)
One Day Pass: NT$800 (Single day performance and opening program)
One Concert: NT$500
＊ The programme is not suitable for children aged 10 and under; children over the age of 10 must purchase a ticket at the full price.
＊ Seating is unassigned, and is first come, first served
Notes
◎Ticket returns and exchanges must be handled at least 10 days before the show, with a 10% service charge incurred. No returns or exchanges accepted within 10 days of the show.
◎The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the programme as they deem appropriate
Discounts
◎ Students showing valid ID receive a 40% discount; Valid ID must be shown at the door to enter on a student ticket
◎ Package tickets for four people, with entrance to all shows, can be purchased at a 10% discount. Tickets purchased at the 10% discount can only be refunded as an entire package. Refunds will not be accepted by the National Theater and Concert Hall ticketing agent after Oct. 1, 2008.
◎Specials for Vietnamese Citizens Living in Taiwan

城市文化有如歷經萬年擠壓的地層，充滿了歷史性與重疊性。有多少種文化曾經在同一塊土地上出現過，當今的城市就擁有多少種獨特面貌。地域間以邊界相隔，存在交錯重疊的語言與文化。邊界是控制，阻礙兩端正常地往來交流。邊界是離散，被放逐的民族、語言與文化在荒蕪中傳承。邊界存在於心裡，頑固無法動搖。對於過去幾年，音樂節一再受颱風侵擾而被迫縮減、取消活動，今年我們决定離開大安森林公園，選擇擁有歷史生命的中山堂。而為反映國際油價一再調漲所造成的音樂節成本飆高，我們不得不酌收小額費用，來維護音樂節企劃品質，希望朋友們繼續支持流浪之歌音樂節，並在樂音跳動中聽見屬於自己的聲響。
10/3 (五)19:30 開幕節目 (本場節目只送不賣，僅招待購買「流浪全程護照」及「單日票」的觀眾）
橄欖樹之葉 －向Mahmoud Darwich致敬
葉爾波利 （城市：深圳 邊界：哈薩克）
從國的邊境到城市邊境，葉爾波利離開草原，卻在大城市的邊緣，改編他採集來的哈薩克民謠，動人地唱出來自邊緣的吶喊。他說：「民謠就是自由地唱出自己的根。」
10/4 (六)14:30 大竹研與朋友（城市：東京 邊界：台灣）
往來日本東京、沖繩與台灣，大竹研近年不斷與各領域音樂家相遇合作，展現高超即興吉他彈奏能力。此次將邀請包括琵琶演奏者鍾玉鳳在內的跨界樂人，共探樂音邊界。
10/4 (六)17:00 薩米爾．馬霍＆伊塔瑪拉．多力
（城市：耶路薩冷 邊界：巴勒斯坦）
薩米爾曾與許多打擊樂手合作，但直至遇年輕而出色的手鼓演奏家伊塔瑪拉，才找到可以對話的對象。兩人背景相異，薩米 爾是巴勒斯坦阿拉伯人，伊塔瑪拉是猶太人，但音樂共鳴的高度，帶領他們跨越身分，以及身分背後所代表的政治意義。
10/4 (六)19:30 巴奈（城市：台東 邊界：卑南／阿美）
台灣最有重量的聲音，唱出最堅定的城市邊緣情感。揹著吉他，遊走在天地之間，這樣的背影或許看來蒼涼而傳奇。但是，去聽她的歌、去讀她的詞，你會遇見一種熟悉的感覺，疏離與寂寞，久藏心底，被她的歌聲召喚而出，輕觸即四處漫溢。
10/5 (日) 14:30 香清（城市：巴黎 邊界：越南）定居巴黎邊緣的越南移民社區，香清揉合越南、法國兩端文化，並完美轉化成為自己的獨特表演形式。越南語有六聲調，曲詞互映，需有極細緻的表情，方能將詞中的感情詮釋得淋漓盡致。香清的轉音、裝飾音不但細膩，且多色澤，讓人為之心醉。
10/5 (日)17:00 流浪貓（城市：阿姆斯特丹 邊界：羅馬尼亞）
樂風難定義，以荷蘭、羅馬尼亞邊界為基地，融合阿姆斯特丹的移民文化與音樂，蘊育多彩音樂創作。三人組合以低音手風琴、小喇叭、欽巴隆（Cimbalon），默契超強、合奏與即興一氣呵成，讓觀眾幾乎無法喘息。
10/5 (日)19:30 從邊界到邊界 （音樂節特別企劃）
大竹研、鍾玉鳳、薩米爾．馬霍、伊塔瑪拉．多力、流浪貓、葉爾波利
流浪之歌音樂節特別企劃「從邊界到邊界」，邀集來自不同國度與文化的音樂家們，站在同一個舞台，共同以樂音編織一趟在出發前無法知道目的地的旅程。葉爾波利、流浪貓、薩米爾．馬霍、伊塔瑪拉．多力與鍾玉鳳，而吉他即興高手大竹研，則擔任穿針引線的角色。本計畫無法複製、再生或重製，錯過絕對遺憾。
City cultures contain layers upon layers of overlapping histories, spanning thousands of years. These compacted histories and cultures create a dimension that gives each of today’s cities a unique character. Yet within a city, borders emerge, often marked by language and culture. Borders serve to control: they may block exchanges between different peoples and cultures. Borders also can displace: the languages and cultures of an exiled people can either thrive or languish within a border. Borders are even found in the heart and mind, living stubbornly. This year MMF features artists that have crossed a border to create new music. These performers include immigrants in living in a foreign city, musicians that often perform outside their own country, and artists from multicultural backgrounds.
